LinQ Real Estate, a LinQ Group company, recently entered into a joint venture agreement with Transcontinental Group. The new venture, TransLinQ Properties Pty Ltd (TransLinQ), aims to provide investors the opportunity to invest in real estate development opportunities predominantly in Western Australia through an established investment management platform housed and run by the LinQ Group.

The investment opportunities are designed to provide investors exposure to the value accretion of the development phases of a Project from Design Approval through to Settlement. The risk adjusted investment returns achieved on this type of investment are generally higher than the returns from yielding real estate assets. TransLinQ aims to provide its investors with returns in excess of 20% p.a.
