ANTHONY TREVISAN

During a period spanning well over thirty years Mr Trevisan played major roles in the acquisition and development of residential, retail and commercial property in Western Australia, Queensland and Victoria. During the early eighties Mr Trevisan was responsible for introducing Target Supermarkets to Western Australia with major shopping centre developments in Kelmscott, Mt Hawthorn, Balga and Dog Swamp amongst others. As executive director of a leading property development company at that time he was also responsible for several other substantial developments in Western Australia including the regional shopping centre in Midland originally under the name of Swan City subsequently re-badged Midland Gate, and the office development at 200 Adelaide Terrace. Other significant interstate developments included a major role in the redevelopment of The Hoffnung site in the Brisbane central business district (CBD) and a substantial industrial development for Bridgestone in Victoria.

In the early nineties Mr Trevisan acquired the Roy Weston Real Estate Group and over the years he was responsible for growing that organisation into the largest real estate company in WA with over fifty five offices. More recently as the Chairman of TRG  Properties, Mr Trevisan has been leading the TRG Properties team through a substantial number of significant residential and commercial developments mainly in Western Australia and also in Victoria.

Mr Trevisan has over a period of time been involved in numerous corporate scenarios involving the financing of mergers and acquisitions, the restructuring of industrial, petroleum and mineral resources based public companies and the establishment from start-up of substantial businesses.

FLEUR HUDSON – BA, LL.B, LLM (Disp. Res.)

Mrs Hudson is an Executive director of the Transcontinental Group private entities including TRG Properties Pty Ltd. Mrs Hudson has a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws specialising in dispute resolution.

Mrs Hudson practiced as a solicitor with large national and international law firms in Perth and in London since 1997, specialising in construction law and has primary responsibility for legal and contractual matters for TRG Properties and more generally the Group.

As a solicitor, Mrs Hudson has advised large national and international contractors, engineering subcontractors and consultants, and principals with respects to a variety of residential construction projects (particularly high end inner-city apartments), civil construction, infrastructure, marine construction and commercial issues.

 

CLIVE DONNER - B.Comm (see Board Members)

 

SIMON DURACK – B.Comm, Post Grad Dip Bus, FCA, FCIS, FCSA, JP

Mr Durack has over 30 years’ experience in finance in Australia, Europe and Southeast Asia. His commercial experience includes time worked in the accounting profession with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Mr Durack has also held many senior financial, Director and Secretarial roles with both large public and private entities including the financial administration and management of listed and unlisted Australian funds. He was previously the CFO and Company Secretary of the Responsible Entity for the LinQ Resources Fund.

 

EMMANUEL HEYNDRICKX - M.Sc (Business Economics), Masters' Fin. Mgt

Mr Heyndrickx is London based and brings over 10 years of international experience in corporate finance and advisory, having worked with international investment banks in London including ABN Amro, Dresdner Bank and ING. In his role, Mr Heyndrickx has lead and executed many transactions both for public and private companies. A qualified Authorised Representative with the UK Financial Conduct Authority, Mr Heyndrickx has extensive knowledge of regulations around corporate governance and market conduct.

Prior to this, Mr Heyndrickx worked for 4 years with KPMG as a member of the Financial Services Sector assurance team, focusing on capital markets (debt and equity) and asset management activities for global investment banks including Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Credit Suisse.

 

ROBERT TELFORD - B.Comm (Finance), MAcc, CA, MAusIMM

Mr Telford is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Masters in Accounting from Curtin University. He has over 8 years commercial experience working in accounting and finance roles with both accounting firms and international investment banks. Before joining LinQ, Mr Telford held a position in Structured Capital Markets with Barclays Capital (London). Mr Telford predominantly provides transaction expertise, including transaction generation and management, structuring of debt and hybrid transactions, financial modeling and analysis, and marketing and sales services.
